I started out in product design engineering, where design meant understanding the user, following a process, and figuring out the technical bits along the way. From there I moved into graphic design, working at PwC and freelancing across brand, identity, and communication design. Web design is where those two sides meet, where technical thinking and visual craft are demanded in equal measure.
